FC 25 Trial Expired without any play time error
I have purchased the standard eddition of EA FC 25 on my Xbox Series X through the Microsoft store.
I have also purchased a subscription of EA Play to recieve my 10 hour free trial to the game.
When I open the game, It gives me the option to use the trial version, so It clearly recognises that I have EA play.
However, the first time I opened the game and every time since, once the game loads in, a message appears saying "Thank you for trying the EA Play Trial version of FC 25. Unfortunately, your FC 25 Trial time has expired. In order to continue playing, please purchase the full version of FC 25."
I have clearly not played any of my trial however, I am unable to use any of my 10 hours.
I am aware of other users with this issue, but any resolutions on those posts haven't worked for me.
Can you please help with this as I made sure to pre-order the game knowing I'd be able to play my 10 hour trial, and now that I'm unable to at no fault of my own, I cant help but feel a little ripped off with the situation.
Please respond with any help possible.
