Fc 25 ultimate team

Seasonal pass not working.      Just says currently unavailable.  How do I fix this

Hello. I bought fc25 via Steam but it is causing problems while loading the EA app. I was playing the BF1 game without any problems before but now I am encountering an error while loading the EA app.
