Hello EA Support,
I hope you're doing well.
I recently purchased EA SPORTS FC 25 on Steam. However, when I try to launch the game, the EA App does not recognize that I own it. It either asks me to purchase it again or shows a “You don’t have access” message.
Initially, the game was linked to an old EA account that I no longer use. I went ahead and unlinked my Steam account from that old EA account, cleared the EA App cache, restarted everything, and signed in with my new EA account. Unfortunately, the issue still persists — the EA App does not detect the game, and I am unable to play it.
I've tried multiple solutions, followed all the available steps, and even reset everything several times — but the issue remains. I would really appreciate your support in resolving this as soon as possible.
