Same issue for me 5 days and still nothing. Even customer support couldn't help. Tried multiple different Internets, mobile hot-spot . Uninstalled the game, hard reset xbox, completely wiped xbox. Tried on external harddrive. Updated all info on ea and unlinked xbox from ea and re added. Same screen everytime everything else works fine on the game just no access to season rewards/pass. I think it's something on EAs side and they are just useless

I just talked to an EA agent and he said that theyhave been receiving the same issues from all around the world. Currently they are reporting them to the game team and this will be fixed very soon. I just hope soon is today or this week even im fine. In the meantime, for me, i can access my FC HUB thru the Web App to claim your season pass rewards. I hope it works for you too guys

I just got the same problem today and literally just a few minutes before it happened i got a crazy prem tots so hopefully it gets fixed
