Fc points missing

Hi i dont know if EA actually reads these post I would like to say i didnt recieve any fc points last night  what do i have to do now.

Hey xxxMantisSxxx !  Sometimes, it may take up to 24 hours for your transaction to be processed and for your points to appear. If you still don't see them after this time, we may need to investigate further. Please also ensure that you purchased FC 25 points and not FC 24 points.
