Fc points

Hi Plz yesterday i logged in EA using PSN and i redeemed a gift card for 5900 fc25 points on EA but i cant find the points neither on EA nor on PS

Hey bedomedo2021​ First, ensure you double-check your gift card to see whether it has FC 25 or FC 24 points. Log out of your account and then sign back in to help synchronize it.  If you have multiple profiles on your console, be sure to check those as well.

    Thank you for your reply. I already checked every possible problem but nothing

    Also, i logged in using my PSN account so that i can find the points on my PSN account after redeeming the gift card on EA , a message appeared saying successfuly redeemed but no points on EA neither PSN
