FC25 - Packet Loss

Not really sure how to fix this but FC25 literally becomes unplayable for me which is especially frustrating when trying to play champs.

I play on wired connection Hyperoptic 1GB internet, so the best possible connection, and I still get constant packet loss. Ping is fine, jitter is fine but packet loss makes the game unplayable. This only happens on FC25. It doesn't happen all the time, but the weekends are especially bad and means I can't play champs on a fair playing field at all. It's not just one game, it's constant, every single game is unplayable packet loss.

    This needs to be look at by EA urgently.

    it seems this is the biggest cause for the * gameplay we're all experiancing.

    all ISPs in the UK are currently seeing 0.02-0.06% packet loss, while its minimal any packet loss effects online gaming. 

    with your ISP not being UK id imagine its a worldwide issue. 

  • @JakeTWiiN  é isso cara aqui no Brasil está do mesmo jeito. O FC25 está baixando o meu upload. Em nenhum jogo está acontecendo isso, nem mesmo no FC24 é só no FC25. Além de todos os problemas do jogo ainda baixando o nosso upload piora ainda mais pois o atraso de comando é absurdo tornando literalmente injogavel!!  Estou a mais de um mês sem poder jogar por isso 🤦🏻‍♂️ um descaso total com os clientes!!  

  • I'm from Poland and there's not a day that goes by that I don't experience packet loss in a match and ping spikes from 20 to 80+, I have a stable cable internet connection, over 500mb.

  • I'm French and idk if its packet loss, but on PC its pretty unplayable, whey I do the connectivity test I have 98 score so I'm pretty sure the problem is not me, but I understand, Fc is a small game by a little studio....

    Hyperoptic are the worlds worst company and lie to customers on a daily basis.

    They did tell me there was an EA issue with their service and this was a known issue to EA

    I tried to question EA about it but as we all know they are clueless and unhelpful
