FC25 - Unable to access Showcase "Your account is restricted"

I keep getting this error in game.I used the 10-hour version before and there was no problem. Now I wanted to try the showcase version but this problem appeared. However, I can use fc25 companion mobile and web apps. If my account is really restricted shouldnt I be able to connect companion too? How can I solve this problem completely?

Im also facing this issue. I bought the full game and it doesn’t let me access online. I bought it through steam with the fc24 bundle. This issue needs attention ASAP.
