Why does my FC 25 SHOWCASE that my EA Account is restricted and cannot use any online features? I didn't do anything, and all of a sudden, that's it

2 months later and still no response. The issue isn't fixed seems like they don’t care about it.
its funny that unlocking the game (iykyk) you can play without that error, EA its just a scam
