FC25 - Wont Run, Reports AutoHotKey, but it is not installed

FC25 won't run on my Windows 11 PC, and reports that it can't be used at the same time as AutoHotKey (see screenhot attached). In the few days I have owed FC25, it does occasionally run, but mostly it fails with the above error. 

I don't have AutoHotKey installed on my PC, although it was installed in the past it has been uninstalled. I have double-checked via TaskManager and there is no indication of it.

This is incredibly frustrating. I have so issues with any other software.

Edit: I should add this was purchased via Steam

    This error pops up everytime I try to play any EA game, whether it's EA FC 25 or F1 24, F1 25(Before I refunded it since it wouldn't work) This is one of the most annoying problems that won't let me launch the game anymore. I do not have Autohotkey running or have ever had it on my computer, and this error keeps popping up. It used to let me play by repairing autohotkey, but with the new patch, it wouldn't allow me to even do that.
