FC25 - Wont Run, Reports AutoHotKey, but it is not installed

FC25 won't run on my Windows 11 PC, and reports that it can't be used at the same time as AutoHotKey (see screenhot attached). In the few days I have owed FC25, it does occasionally run, but mostly it fails with the above error. 

I don't have AutoHotKey installed on my PC, although it was installed in the past it has been uninstalled. I have double-checked via TaskManager and there is no indication of it.

This is incredibly frustrating. I have so issues with any other software.
