FC25 Constant Crashes – Game Unplayable Despite Extensive Effort

Hello FC25 Community,

I’ve been dealing with a persistent and extremely frustrating issue for two months now—the game crashes constantly mid-match, making it completely unplayable. I’ve spent hours upon hours trying to resolve this issue and have exhausted every possible solution I can think of, but nothing has worked.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

• Reinstalled the game four times on my 3 different drives. (hard-drive, ssd and m.2)
• Factory reset my computer.
• Followed every single troubleshooting step provided by EA Support.
• Watched countless YouTube videos and read through forums looking for solutions.

The EA Support team has been utterly useless. They keep directing me to the same basic troubleshooting guides. After explaining that I’ve already done all of this multiple times, their response is always, "Sorry, there’s nothing we can do." This is unacceptable for a game I paid $150 AUD for and can’t even play a single match without it crashing.

I’ve built a solid PC, and all my other games run flawlessly, so this is clearly an issue with FC25, not my hardware. I’m at my wit's end and need help. Has anyone else faced this issue, and has anyone found a solution that actually works?
