8 months ago- Make sure your system software and the game/app are updated.
- If the error occurs after starting the game/app, delete the game/app from Settings > Storage, and reinstall it.
- Start your PS5 console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
Do not perform steps 4 as that will fully wipe your console.

The game is completely broken for a huge amount of players in their biggest market (UK) and you get told to 'turn it off and back on again'. I'm just lost now. Been sat on this forum since Thursday hoping for help.
