Same issue being reported above, and saw 2 other similar posts so must be widespread. Won't bore you repeating my frustrations, both the game and customer service are laughable, but I've paid for it now so would like to get my access back.
Only suggestion I've seen on other posts is to delete all your current squads in the companion/web app and set up a new clean squad. Have done this, so will try connect later on console when home.
