FC25 Crashing when trying to access the evolution menu

Guys, I am having a problem with the Evo´s TAB, everytime I click on it the game crashes, please, can someone fix it?

OBs. I tried to claim in the companion app, and the Lamine Yamal I was playing with, disappeared.

I had the same problem, after claiming consumable evolution reward from objective. Game crashed every time i tried to access evo on ps5 but i could access on mobile. However i could not see the new consumable evos so i started some random evo and it went back to normal. I could see the new consumable evos too.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a evo that needs one more win, play with that evo player in a match which you win but goes past the expiry date.
What happens when the bug occurs? evolutions tab not crashes the game whenever i try to open it
What should be happening instead? evolutions should be opening

please don't ignore this ea as i have never seen you respond to and actually fix bugs based on these forums - i cant do evos and will miss out every single day this continues to happen - if not fixed or at least said it will ble fixed soon i will be askig for a full refund as the game does not work as intended

I keep getting this error code on fc25  whenever I try to enter evolutions or enter my club to add players to my squad or to sbcs and it just crashes every time this is the only game this happens on usually any solutions I’ve tried every suggestion so far nothing works

Every time I enter evolution mode the game shuts down and its been a while with this problem and I filled many reports and still didnt fix this

Has anyone found a fix for this yet as I am still struggling with this issue, it kicks me everytime I try to open the evolutions tab ? 

Uninstall and re-download the game, it worked for me on ps5, but I am not sure for other consoles.

Uninstalling does not work on xbox
