Does anyone else have the issue or can anyone help with the following issue??🙏Everytime I try and play a game of champs or rivals, ps4 and ps5 version, it will take me like 10 games to try and play one. Everytime I load in a game it will either disconnect immediately, go to the kick off screen then disconnect or play for around 3 mins and then disconnect. Sometimes on the PS5 version, the game will go through me and opponent will skip intro and the screen will go completely black, but when i dashboard and go back in the game it shows an active counter at the bottom as if i'm inactive - leaving no other option than to close app and take an L (this has lost me 3 games this weekend alone.) I have installed both games, ps4&ps5, and this has not fixed the issue. It is not a wifi issue as i run ethernet gigabit speeds and it doesn't happen to my brother in the next room. So frustrating and desperate for any advice or help!

@El_Spudoooo i have the same issue. when i reached out to ea help they said there is no fix available and they said a patch will gonna come out "as soon as possibe" so disgusting in my opinion. they don't have respect for their community that's for sure.

@El_Spudoooo You still having this issue as my game has just started doing this and even brought a new lan cable because I thought it was my PlayStation but I’m guessing this is a ea issue ?

yep still happening, has done since release. some of my players got almost 600 games even tho i've played like maybe 200. can't understand how to sort it

That’s crazy mines only just started doing it I wonder if they will ever come out with a fix

Have you still got the issue I’m trying to play but it’s just not working nearly every game I go into I just crash I’ve tried everything let me know if you find a fix

had it since early access mate no solve yet can't figure it out i've tried everything. i have to load into games over an over again and hope one works. i have noticed the ps4 version does it less though so i now play that one instead but its still 5 times before i can play

This has been happening to me on Switch for about a week and a half. It’s ridiculous. The other night I had seven games disconnect in a row so I got no games completed. I reconnect straight away every time. Points paying SB games are gone quickly with zero, and when it happens with loan players, the games left for them goes down too.

Yup, just had a great win and got the can't connect at this time error message. Lost all points and credits.
