FC25 err

I doenloaded FC25 yesterday through steam. however, i am unable to play the game since when i try to connect online the game kicks me out within few seconds. Its been 24hours since i am facing this error. It also says EA servers are unavailable. I am not able to play the game or get a refund as well. Can someone help me with this ASAP
