I'm having the same problem. I also checked for corrupt data on the switch, per Nintendo's instructions and none was found.
Did you find a solution to this problem?

I am having the same problem. My FC25 game did an update and afterwards, it shows the same error message when ever I go into team management to rotate my squad in career mode. Have you or anyone found a solution?

I'm getting the same error when opening FC25 and selecting the profile this error appears. However, if I set up a new profile the game works fine. I've contacted Nintendo support who said it was an EA issue, contacted EA support who couldn't help either.
I've tried:
- Checking for updates (game and console)
- Deleting and reinstalling
- Checking for corrupted data
- Reintalling holding 'L' to install clean
- Deleting cache
