FC25 FPS locked at 30

When I start FC25, the Steam FPS counter shows that the game is locked at 60FPS, as soon as I enter Ultimate Team my FPS drops to 30, it seems as if it is locked. Increasing the in-game FPS to 60/90 is of no use, my Steam FPS counter keeps showing that I'm playing at 30 FPS, shouldn't this be higher? Can someone help me?
