FC25 freeze in Ultimate Team (Nintendo Switch)

We have the same issue since a few days. Is there already a solution? 

Why is EA not responding to this thread?

    I used the EA app on my phone. (installed from the app store) and solved the problem. 

    I went in this app into the ultimate team settings and than went to the "pick items". I was able to open the items from the app. Than I want back to the switch console. Everything was fine now.
