FC25 Lags and fast forwards on Xbox Series S

FC25 freezes for a second or 2 during a game and then fast forwards, this keeps happening 10 + times per a half and is making the game unplayable.
I am running a Xbox Series S on WiFi. My Wifi is perfect 200Mb up and down with a ping rate during a match of around 10 to 20.

Tried all the normal tricks people have posted for FC24 even performed a factory reset of my Xbox hopeing this would help and I'm still getting the problem.

I also had these issues on FC24.

All other online games are perfect with zero lag, including WWE 2K24, Fortnite, COD MW3 etc.....

Please can someone help

Game is *** unplayable. Massive delay, not responsive. All other games on my console are flawless. This is *** terrible EA. Fix this. 1gb connection, wired, no problems with other games, only FC25. Come on!!!!
