FC25 Manager Career mode Bug
So i have found a bug when playing manager mode and simulating match and trying to substitute during simulation you get stuck in the Tactics UI and cannot exit. Happened to me 3 times in a row now and it sucks..

This happens every time I try to sub during a simulation, it’s fine at half time but any other time this happens, it’s really annoying and puts me off playing
- @SCKIZ is there any way to sort it out yet? this is a serious issue and keep happening in a few games and need to do the match again!
Not yet. This game is terrible there's also bugs in rush mode had to alt+4 on many occasions due to the screen locking.
- @SCKIZ Having this issue almost every time playing and close to giving up. Seriously this game this year is full of bugs and glitches.

it’s happened to me so many times that i wonder if ea even care to fix it. if you couldn’t make a substitution in fut it would be fixed asap
