Hellos.I can't get the app to install on android I've tried clearing GooglePlay cache/storage and google services then restarted. I've checked for phone updates as well. I don't know what to try next outside of going factory reset which will be my last resort.
I had FC 24 app on this same phone but uninstalled it few months back. Never had issues like this one.
I did just install FC Mobile, so no issues with the mobile game.

Hi I am unable to download the companion 25 app, says its not compatible with my device. I did have companion 24 but that won't allow me to login now either. Says my device isn't compatible. I have a Samsung A13
This is an issue for others as well, and this is on EA's end, not our end. As of now many can not access the FC 25 mobile companion app with their Androids via google play store.
I’ve bought the game last night on Xbox one but I can’t install it for some reason and it says that it’s not compatible for the device. What is going on ?
You have to go on to the micrsoft store go into editions and choose xbox 1
