Fc25 not loading my on xbox

Open the app, shows the fc25 welcome page but then won’t load the game. Just egg timer.

Hey @Mike255mike are you launching the 10H game trial or the full version of the game?

@EA_Pulsar I'm having the same problem and I'm launching the full game but it takes me to the trial page.
