Community ManagerThere are parts of the console that are hard to access, if you have used a can of compressed air to blast the dust out of the heatsinks and still crash, you may need to have the console 'professionally' cleaned.

Only reason the PS5 consoles are shutting down is because of your broken game mate, it's not dust sunshine, sort it out. No other game shuts my PS5 console down, and this problem has only occurred since your abysmal continuous updates. At this rate nobody will be playing EAFC 25 by Christmas.
I just got my PS5 slim brand new yesterday, there is so dust at all and it overheats only when I play FC25, sometimes overheats in the menu, this doesn't happen with any other game
I did the cleaning all of it but the problem still there continuously.
6 months goes by, over a dozen similar issues being reported but still no acknowledgement from EA there is an issue with the PS5 edition of FC25. I have cleaned the console thoroughly including the heat sync as have others on this forum. Just feels like this is a convenient excuse to cover up a known issue with the game
From most of the replies, the issue is with FC25 on PS5 Slim. Maybe, just maybe why not look into it? All our consoles can't be dirty. I mean I have thoroughly cleaned it several time and FC25 is the only game the heats up the console.
