FC25 PS5 Version Causes My PS5 To Black Out And Turn Off From The Power Source

I have tried on multiple forums but becoming a joke now. Issue seems to be with early release PS5's where the FC25 PS5 version causes the PS5 to shut off completely from the mains after no more than 30 minutes or so. The game works on the PS4 version but that means I cant play the actually more compatible game nor play with my friends and this has happened since launch. I have tried every troubleshooting fix but its not worked and is not an overheating issue as no other game causes this to happen. If this could be looked into urgently and I know others have this issue with me and they all think it is unacceptable also. Please help as it is a joke now and I just want to enjoy the game.

    They really need to just refund us our money for this game I was having this issue since season 2 and I deleted the game bc of it only to come back season 8 and still can’t play the game. I’ve had my console cleaned professionally, cleared cache and rebuilt database turned settings down uninstalled and re installed the game and I still can’t get through a game of division rivals without getting disconnected. Other games I have no issues with warzone, black ops 6, diablo, assassins creed shadows. This is ridiculous
