FC25 sharpness glitch

I started a career mode with the auto training to regain sharpness. However literally no player has sharpness throughout my whole season. I’m now in February. I really can’t be bothered to start a new save.

I can see other people have the same issue, how do we get this to EA to atleast give us a time frame? Unless someone knows on this forum

if an issue like this was on ultimate team, no doubt it would be fixed straight away.
