fc25 stuck on spalsh screen(start screen)

hello guys hope anyone can help my game stuck on the beggining screen since a week it works just from time to time by luck i also tried mamy solutions from youtube and ea forums and didnt worked and ...

Hey md353768 Try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 *(App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.  Let us know what other steps you have tried in case of any further issues.

EA_Pulsar bro i tried this fix i also tried even to chane my OS also, i trade disable full screen optimization and run as administrator i literaly tried everything bro it just randomly work let's say once on 2days but my friend we bought it at same time it works normaly
