FC25 stutters

SInce I installed this game it has been running fine with no stutters but recently I can't play the game cuz its a stuttering  mess

I have updated to lates nvidia drivers which confirms fc25 is having stability issues
I downgraded to january drivers strill nothing 
I have put on and off game mode I have reduced games settings to lowest which should not be necessary considering the specs. I need help
