FC25: There is a problem with your game setup. Please reinstall your game.

FC25:

I get this message everytime i try to launch the game: There is a problem with your game setup. Please reinstall your game.

i tried reinstalling, I have verified the files, i have c++ downloaded.

i also tried something someone from EA said under the same problem i m having, he said:

"It is likely you are missing specific files, downloading and installing the following should help:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

but also this did not help.

I also dont have the N version of windows.

Any suggestions?

doesnt help because i dont have windows N so i cant install media feature pack.

In that case, please create a new Windows admin account and install the game on it.

When installing C++, have you reinstalled all the previous editions from this link?

all the older ones are no longer supported. but yes the newest one i installed from this link

@11BEERUS11 @11BEERUS11 Try also to launch all installations from the C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 25\__Installer ( in the vc folder, look for vc\redist installers and dotNet). You can also delete DLF files from this location C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License and test the game.
Restart your PC afterwards.

Did you solved the problem?
I did ... The error was that the steam account was not the same as ea sports account.. u must link the 2 apps with the same mail address and link both the apps with each other
