FC25 Transfer from XBOX to PC

I recently bought the expensive version of FC25 for my XBOX series X. I have plans to sell the console but before I do that I was hoping to transfer the game to my PC since that's were I do most of my gaming. Would it be possible or am i just going to have to buy the PC addition as well? The other question would be, the game data that I have, would that show up when I purchase the new version for my PC?
