FC25 Unauthorised Charges

been getting a lot of fc changes for fc point Packages - but weirdly nothing crediting to my account. I have removed all the credit cards but now I have to prove to PlayStation that I did not make this charges. If they have been charged to me - here could all of this be sitting ? Any help gratefully received. Thanks
