FC25 won't start on my pc and it opens a black screen and reurns to ea app

Hey guys now i have downloaded FC25 on steam by buying ea play pass for 10hours trial and the game won't start  and the counter of gameplay on steam reads that i had played for an hour and half while...

  1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
  2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
  3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
  4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
  5. Check your machine meets the below requirements:

Minimum
OS - Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
Processor(AMD) - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i5 6600k
Memory - 8GB
Graphics Card(AMD) - RX 570
Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 1050 Ti
Direct X - 12
Online Connection Requirements - 512kbps
Hard Drive Space - 100 GB
