FIFA 25 crashed after changing any settings on custom controller configuration

FIFA 25 crashed after changing any settings on custom controller configuration for keyboard.

steps that make the game crashed

 - open keyboard settings

 - change to use keyboard only

 - try to put my settings on attaching , defensing keys and save

 - the game asked me to save all settings on custom file like custom A

 - once i save the game going to crash

i'm tring to do this before start the match but i try to kick off any match it going to crash

please help
