FUT Champs server disconnect losses (referred here by live chat)

Hi, so last night (31/03/25) when the server issues were happening, first of all i had actually won and completed a game, got to the after game screen where you press 'advance' but i was unable to press that and i just got disconnected from the server, this resulted in my first loss. 

Following that, i was then allowed to enter into three more games, whilst the server issues were ongoing, which i find a bit wrong, if there are server issues and a risk of disconnecting, why are we able to enter games? anyway, i then disconnected from all three games resulting in losses.

i have spoken to live chat and theyve referred me here, hopefully i can be rewarded one win and three more unplayed games. thanks.
