Future star academy scout objective issue.

I’m hoping for help with my issue, please. I spoke on live chat with someone from EA called Johan and he told me i’m best to put my issue in this forum chat.

I’ve been trying to complete the FS Academy Scout group objective, which had four tasks: Play 1, Win 3, Win 5, and Score 5. I attempted to complete this on Friday, but I couldn’t because the servers were down.

Once the servers were back up and running, I completed the other FS Academy Scout Objective 2, which only required winning 3 matches to gain 5-star skills or weak foot and the second PlayStyle+. However, Johan believes that because I completed FS Academy Scout Objective 2 before FS Academy Scout Objective 1, my account is no longer showing the Group 1 objectives after the extension went live.

I’m hoping EA can reactivate the Group 1 objectives on my account, as I don’t think it’s fair for them to disappear just because I completed Objective 2 first. Missing out on those rewards would be really disappointing, as it would prevent me from completing the Aspiring Attacker 3 Evolution, which is a big part of FUT.

I’d really appreciate any help with this.
