Future stars Simeone not eligible for Icon evo

My Simeone future stars player was yesterday eligible for the forward icon evo. I was about to evolv it now but the player is STILL a future star, applied all evolutions IS NOT ELIGIBLE NOW.

I changed NOTHING. I only applied the future stars evolutions to him

Today morning it was eligible, didn't even use him.
Now is not.
NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON HIM...only applied future stars evo.

Crappiest evo ever.
Of course ea support told me they give a f****
