game bug?

i closed my game earlier today, and when i opened back up, the screen just started flicking and i can't do anything, just looks totally out of the ordanary like my game is broken or some sort. i even tried reinstalling thinking it would help. anyone tried this before or can help? because i've booted my game up 5-6 times now, and nothing has changed.
