Game can't open

Hello EA Support, I just bought the the yesterday and i want to play it from EA App But there is an error messages as follows. Can you please help fix my problem. Ty.

    Here is how i fix it. Open Nvidia control panel > 3D settings > Manage Display Mode > Check the NVIDIA GPU Only. Click apply and now i can play the game.
