Game Crashes when Im in Game

For some reason (started roughly a week ago) whenever I'm in game i can play for a bit and eventually everything freezes and my computer crashes.  I've clean installed windows, new drivers, old drivers, repairing the game file, adjusting permissions, nothing helps.  Whenever is crashes event viewer displays warnings saying "local launch permission for the COM server application with CLSID" and then it has a bunch of numbers.  There's roughly 4 warnings all with different data but the same COM server and CLSID error messages.  Anyone know how to fix or is this a fifa issue?  if its a fifa issue anyone know how to contact them without talking to a stupid bot?
