Game crashes when scrolling through players for SBC

I’ve been trying to do an SBC for 3 days now and everytime I go in to build the 91 rated squad and begin scrolling through my players it gets to a point where the game freezes then crashes and PlayStation ask me to send the report about the issue! Are others having this issue or what? I’ve unplugged it and restarted the ps5 but it’s happening for days now
