Game crashing on loading screen all game modes

On PC through Steam. 

3 weeks now and can't play a match. Game crashes and EA app closes when game gets to loading screen for any mode. 

Everything was working fine before Patch 2 so it's definitely something on EA side. 

Some help and support would be appreciated. £80 down the drain otherwise.
