Game is not launching (Steam/FC25)

Hey @pennySRus Can I ask you please to start with the steps listed in our tech guide and let me know if that will help resolve the issue? 

Let me know if you have installed the game in the default location, on your system drive, or if the installation path was changed to another folder/drive. 

Hello. Thank you for your reply but those steps didn’t help to resolve the issue. I’ll try to reinstall the game in the same folder as EA Play and let you know if it helps. The game is installed in the default location chosen by steam

Hi, so many people are having this issue. Is EA doing anything about it? I can not open FC25 on Steam and I have tried all the steps. I have been working on this for days now. Paid a LOT of money and spent a LOT of money in game which has all now bee  a waste. I say that only because, searching online, it seems like no one at EA cares or is giving a straight up answer or even just updates on this situation. Especially since this has been going on for months for a lot of people. Have I just lost fc25 for good now as well as all my money? Can we get some real answers or even a simple update so it does seem like we have just been outright robbed?
