Game just glitches and i can't see the menu options only background (PC)

Until the settings menu the game is fine, but after i select settings the game just glitches and i can't see the menu options, i already tried to launch the game in fullscreen, windowed, with admin, but the result is the same, if someone has any solution i would appreciate it. If u need any more info don't hesitate to ask.
