Game keeps crashing on me - ps5

It doesn't happen all the time but no matter what mode or whatever my game just crashes on me without any explanation. It even crashes when I look at the Brazilian Evo and idk what has happened. Been happening for the past 5 days and made me lose 4 fut champ games, it crashes just before the game starts as the team is loading on and I just don't know what has happened.

Any help on this issue would be great
