Game screen turns black after loading personal settings profile
Hello,
Whenever I startup the game and get to the personal settings menu, clicking my profile turns the screen black.
I can hear the EA sports slogan playing in the background, while the screen keeps staying black.
I imagine maybe the personal settings file is corrupted, but I do not want to lose my progress in FUT.
Any ideas?
I have tried:
repairing the game files through steam
clearing steam cache
restarting PC and game
running steam as admin
running the game through EA
Hey @Jhacobo12 , your profile settings may have been corrupted for some reason. If you delete it, you will not lose your Ultimate Team progress since it's saved online on our servers.
You can delete it in the game, or you can reset your settings by deleting the folder from C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder.)
You can also create a backup copy of this file if you like.
