Gameplay issues not resolved

I reported yesterday about my gameplay not working properly players not playing per their attributes nothing has changed my players movements are still way to slow compared to my opponents tackle,jockey not working sprint not working no acceleration from my players no fast sprinting passing is still terrible and not accurate as my players that have high passing accuracy can neither perform the correct throughball or pass to teammates still 2 second delay when I'm passing and shooting player switch us slow and my  AI controlled players are completely useless and help me to lose rather than win opponents are scoring everytime when they are through but for me it's definitely not the case defenders with high strenth are bullied by opponents getting tackled by weaker players and players with low tackle but my players who have high tackle can not tackle for anything player movements are so slow jockey does not work I'm getting to the point were I know If this continues I'm going to quit EA sort it out or I'm going to quit this is totally unfair I feel scammed and I have complained multiple times still my issues that I am encountering are not resolved please resolve my issues because the game at the moment is not playable
