Getting kick out to main menu during the game.

Does anyone have a problem getting kicked out to main menu when running towards the goal? This problem has been happening to me sense fifa 23. Whenever I am playing online and running towards the goal, time to time it happens causing my self getting disconnected or losing the opportunity of goal. I don’t know what to do to fix this problem. I already deleted and installed again, bought a different controller, had someone else playing instead to check if I was just pressing the Ps bottom by mistake, and nothing. The same problem persist. Solutions please…
