I got a free Jumbo premium gold pack from a pack. And when i try to claim it. it says 'there was a problem connecting the football ultimate team servers please try again later'
So i cant claim the pack, nor open any other packs. any help?

I have the same problem, EA are an absolute joke, this has been the worst game they have put out in years in regards to glitches and it has made me lose faith in this **bleep**e company. I do not wish to give this pathetic company anymore of my money going forward
