I got a free Jumbo premium gold pack from a pack. And when i try to claim it. it says 'there was a problem connecting the football ultimate team servers please try again later'
So i cant claim the pack, nor open any other packs. any help?

I have the same issue, but there seems to be very little care about the community over this issue, it doesn't surprise me that they haven't fixed it

same issue on my IF players pack. I've spoken to an EA advisor and she said the engineers are aware of the problem, hope they fix it soon.😇

Same here, but with a 1 Player Pack from inside of Marquee Matchups. It's been 6 hours for me. They need to fix this ASAP because I have over 200 saved packs for FUT Birthday and can't open anything to craft the 83x14's either. I honestly can't believe this is an issue in the IN MARCH because it's completely ridiculous. Do let me know if it gets cleared up for you bud.
