Got an 80rated in an 84x7

Will I get compensation?

The referenced sbc is called 84+×7 upgrade. It contains 10 players rated 80 or higher, with 7 guaranteed to be rated 84 or higher. So that means that up to 3 of the players that you receive can be expected to be rated lower than 84.
